Vulcanizer Rubber Mould Frame — Single Cavity Aluminium, 15mm Thick, 3-1/2″ × 3-1/2″ Casting
A rubber mould is only as good as the heat that cured it. This solid aluminium frame carries the vulcanizer's heat evenly through the rubber packed inside, so the mould cures consistently front to back — the difference between wax injections that fill cleanly and ones that carry flaws into every casting. The single central cavity has radiused corners, which makes lifting the finished mould out far less of a fight.
Both faces are machined flat, sealing tight when clamped between the vulcanizer plates, and the frame fits the standard presses found in jewellery workshops. At 3½″ × 3½″ with a consistent 15mm thickness, it suits bench jewellers and casting houses running their own moulds for lost-wax work.
- Solid aluminium block construction ensures even heat distribution from the vulcanizer press.
- Measures 3½" × 3½" externally with a consistent 15mm thickness.
- Features a single central cavity with radiused corners for easy mould removal.
- Machined flat faces provide a tight seal when clamped between vulcanizer plates.
- Designed to fit standard vulcanizing presses used in jewellery workshops.
