Cutting your own vulcanised rubber moulds starts with a frame that holds its shape under heat and pressure. This single-cavity aluminium frame sits between the platens of a standard jewellery vulcaniser, containing the rubber whilst heat moves evenly through the block — the groundwork for reliable wax injection moulds for small and medium cast components.

The block is solid aluminium with machined flat faces, so clamping pressure spreads uniformly and mould thickness comes out consistent. The internal corners of the rectangular cavity are radiused to ease stress on the finished mould, and at 4" × 4-7/8" with a 5/8" depth it accommodates most standard jewellery models.
