Die & Punch Set for Acorn Blanks — 4 Steel Punches, 7-26 mm, Jewellery Sheet Metal Cutter
An acorn is a quietly useful blank — pendants, earring drops, decorative components on silversmithing work, repeat parts for model making. This set punches it in four sizes from copper, brass, silver or gold sheet: anneal the metal, slide it into the die, seat the matching punch and strike firmly with a mallet. It handles non-ferrous sheet up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).
The 76 mm square die block sits solidly under the strike, and block and punches alike are tempered high-carbon tool steel, so the shearing edges keep their bite. A cutting lubricant on each pass helps every cut stay clean and the tool last — a small habit worth keeping.
- Block and punches are crafted from tempered high-carbon tool steel.

- Solid 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inch) steel die block provides a stable base.

- Ideal for creating consistent, repeatable shapes for jewellery and metal craft.
