Punch & Die Set — V Wings Blanks, 4 Steel Punches, 9-22 mm, for Jewellery Making

Built for batch work. When a design calls for a dozen identical V-wing components — earring pairs, bracelet links, repeated pendant elements — this set punches them from soft sheet with one mallet strike each, every blank the twin of the last. Four graduated sizes run from 9.36 × 12.21 mm up to 16.33 × 21.33 mm.

Punches and die block are machined from hardened, tempered carbon tool steel for a clean shearing action on annealed silver, copper or brass up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm). The block measures 63.5 × 88.9 mm. Work with a cutting lubricant and the edges will hold their bite through long production runs.
