Master intricate watch and jewellery repairs with these 5-inch stainless steel tweezers, designed for precise handling of minuscule components.

What it does

These 5-S style tweezers offer unparalleled control for delicate assembly and repair tasks. The finely machined, pointed tips allow for accurate placement and manipulation of tiny screws, springs, and other small parts. Their anti-acid stainless steel construction ensures resilience against common workshop chemicals, while the precisely ground jaw geometry provides a secure, non-slip hold without damaging delicate surfaces. The brushed finish enhances grip.

How to use it

  • Grasp components with the fine, pointed tips.
  • Use magnetic tip to retrieve ferrous metal parts.
  • Clean after use for lasting anti-acid performance.

Who it's for

An essential tool for professional watchmakers and bench jewellers, these tweezers excel in detailed work. They are also invaluable for electronics technicians, model makers, and serious hobbyists undertaking intricate assembly. Replaces less precise tools for improved workflow and accuracy.

Common questions at the bench

How do I pick up small parts without losing them?
Bring the tips square to the part and close them on it gently and evenly; on tweezers that close by themselves when you let go, release the handles slowly. Too much force bends the arms or tips and can flick a small part away. Work over a tray or bench skin so anything that drops is easy to find.
How do I keep the tips meeting?
Never use tweezers to prise or lever, and do not drop them on their tips. If the tips stop meeting evenly, realign them before fine work.
How should I store them?
Wipe them clean after use, keep them dry, and store them with the tips protected in a stand, a rack or a tip cover so the points are not knocked.
