Disc Cutter Set for Quarter Circle Blanks — 4 Steel Punches, 13–27 mm, Jewellery Making
For cutting matched quarter-circle shapes from sheet — layered pendant elements, curved earring designs and repeatable parts for model making, in copper, brass, silver or gold. Place annealed sheet up to 18 gauge in the die, drop in the punch — 13x18, 15x21, 17x24 or 19x27 mm — and strike firmly with a heavy mallet or hammer.
The solid 76 x 76 mm die block and all four punches, each around 38 mm long, are machined from high-carbon tool steel then hardened and tempered so the cutting edges stay sharp through repeated work. A suitable cutting lubricant keeps the cuts clean and prolongs the life of the edges.
- Cuts four distinct quarter circle shapes from 13x18mm up to 19x27mm.
- Made from hardened and tempered high-carbon tool steel for a clean cut.
- Rated for non-ferrous sheet metal up to 18 gauge (approximately 1.2mm).
- Solid 76 x 76 mm steel die block provides a stable cutting base.
- Includes four punches, each approximately 38 mm in length.
