Bench Disc Cutter for Hexagons — 6 Steel Punches, 6–25 mm, Jewellery Making Tool

For punching uniform hexagon blanks — geometric pendants and earrings, custom parts for models, and matched blanks for enamelling or stamping projects. Work annealed non-ferrous sheet up to 18 gauge (approx 1.0mm): set it in the die over a solid bench block, seat the punch — sizes run 6x7, 10x12, 13x15, 16x18, 19x22 and 22x25 mm — and strike with a mallet or hammer.

The block and all six punches are precision-ground from tempered high-carbon tool steel, with bevelled striking ends and edges ground for clean, low-burr cuts. Cutting lubricant prolongs edge life. Supplied with a light oil coating; minor storage discolouration is cosmetic and does not affect performance.
