Working from annealed non-ferrous sheet up to 18 gauge (about 1.0 mm), it produces a crisp blank in seconds, far quicker than piercing each one out with a saw.

Both the die block and the four punches are machined from hardened tool steel, so the cutting edges resist wear over long runs. Set up on a solid, stable surface, seat the punch sharp-end down, strike firmly with a mallet or hammer, and use a cutting lubricant to keep every shear clean.
