Steel Disc Cutter for Square Blanks — 7 Punches, 6–16 mm, Jewellery Making Tool
For punching square blanks that all come out identical — bezels, decorative elements, tags and blanks for enamelling, plus precise components for model making. Seat annealed sheet up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm) in the die block, insert the punch — squares of 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15 or 16 mm — and strike the bevelled end firmly with a brass hammer.
The block and all seven punches are machined from hardened high-carbon tool steel for durability and a lasting edge. A drop of cutting oil before each cut improves the finish and prolongs the life of the cutting edges.
- Includes seven square punches: 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, and 16 mm.
- Block and punches are machined from hardened high-carbon tool steel.
- Cuts non-ferrous sheet metal up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm) thick.
- The solid steel die block measures approximately 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inches).
- Use with a brass hammer and cutting lubricant for clean cuts and longer tool life.
